Road Trip 2017 - Day 3

Day 3 - Tuesday 11th July

This morning we headed out through the back streets of Delaware and Maryland..... past corn ....lot and lots of corn.

We arrived in Annapolis around lunch time and after a quick drive around town we finally found a local park to have a picnic lunch.  After lunch we headed back into town.  It was very hot and humid today so we didn't do too much walking, just once up nad down the main street with a stop halfway for icecream.

We then headed for Washington.  We booked into our hotel - the Hotel Harrington - right in the center of town, a great location.  Then headed out to walk around the White house.

Dinner at the Capitol City Brewing Company.  Kids shared a Buffalo Chicken Pizza - very spicy but the toughed it out.
