Australia June 18 to August 3 2015

In June 2015 3/4 Ryerson family travelled back to Australia for a holiday with family and friends

Week 1 - In and Around Sydney

We Departed Boston at 5pm on 18th June 2015

well we were supposed to - ended up leaving Boston late so the connection in Dallas was close, luckily they had a Qantas representative to meet us at the gate as we got off the plane and take us directly to the next flights.  Flights were pretty good, no issues, kids were as good as can be expected.

Spent the first day in Australia getting over Jetlag by playing a little trains.

Day 2 we went to see my Nephew's Conformation.

Back to my sisters place after the ceremony for a celebration.  The cousins had a great time catching up with each other.

Day 3 started off with a little pottery with Grandma.

and some trains with Grandpa.

At lunch time we headed down to the Royal National Park to a Picnic at Audley.

The kids then took us on a bush walk.

We drove down through the National Part to Gary Beach Lookout.

Then down to Gary Beach, The kids of course had to have a paddle.

The next couple of days were spent poodling around Grandma and Grandpas house, lots of train, also taught the kids  how to play marbles and they created their own game with a hallway and lots of balls.

On the Thursday we headed into Town.  We caught the train in (wasn't that fun trying to figure out how the new Opal card system works) to circular quay.

Then jumped on a Ferry to Manly. Out past the opera house and the harbor bridge.

We had lunch at a little Mexican Place on the pier.

Then walked down the Corso to the beach.

Ferry back to Circular Quay and then Train home.

Friday we did a little bushwalk down into the bush land behind Grandma and Grandpas house.
