Australia 2017 - Day 16, Day 17 and Day 18

Again with the rainy mornings - so we spent it catching up on washing etc.

Again the sky cleared after lunch so we headed down to Cronulla.  We were planning on going to the beach but when we got there there were blue bottle (stinging jellyfish) all over the beach so we scrapped that idea and walked around to the rockpools instead.  No jelly fish here, so we still got in a swim after all.

By wednesday morning we were back to rain.  It was pretty patchy however so we decided to brave the weather and take a picnic BBQ lunch down to Audley in the Royal National Park.  We found a great spot for a picnic and unpacked.  Had a visit from some of the local wildlife.

Unfortunately the electric BBQ at this place wasn't working properly so we ended up having to pack up our entire lunch and move to a new location.

better view, and a BBQ that works.
The rain started again as we were eating, but we decided not to let it deter us and hired a row boat anyway and rowed up the Kangaroo river.

Thursday I went to craft group with Mel and Mum whilst Dad played trains with Lexie and Josh, then Lexie Josh and I went back to Mels place with her to spend another night with the cousins.
